Arsenal legend Ray Parlour shows off football skills with pint of beer before necking drink

Ray Parlour has been combining his two favourite things – football and drinking – to good effect during the UK lockdown.

The Arsenal legend has been managing to keep himself busy in a unique way with the coronavirus pandemic restricting most people to their homes.

After finding out about a social media trend where people have been challenged with downing their drinks and nominating others to follow suit, Parlour attempted his own task.

The talkSPORT pundit expertly used his right foot to balance a glass on it before pouring a bottle of beer into it.

He then flicked the glass up, caught it with his hand, said ‘cheers everyone,’ and downed the drink in less than 10 seconds!

In the video posted on his Twitter and Instagram page, Parlour’s caption read: “Lovely day In Essex. I must be bored, not to [sic] good at pulling a beer, what a waste! One man party later.”
